Returns Policy

Our return and refund policy lasts 07 days. If you haven’t registered the complaint about a return or refund within 7 days of product delivery, we will not entertain you. We will accept returns and exchanges of products for the following reasons: Wrong products delivered Missing products in the order Damaged products delivered Expired products delivered Late Delivery To ensure customer protection rights, make videos while unboxing the order. If the seal tape opening of the box is not shown in the video, no claim, including damage or missing products, will be accepted. Regarding our refund policy, only the value of the products you charged at the time of order placement will be refunded. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
