Shipping & Return

Our return and refund policy lasts 07 days. If you haven’t registered the complaint about a return or refund within 7 days of product delivery, we will not entertain you. We will accept returns and exchanges of products for the following reasons:

  • Wrong products delivered
  • Missing products in the order
  • Damaged products delivered
  • Expired products delivered
  • Late Delivery

To ensure customer protection rights, make videos while unboxing the order. If the seal tape opening of the box is not shown in the video, no claim, including damage or missing products, will be accepted. 

Regarding our refund policy, only the value of the products you charged at the time of order placement will be refunded. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

It would be best if you keep the following things in mind while returning or exchanging a product which you have purchased from us:

  1. Products on Clearance sale are non-exchangeable & non-refundable. Claims like you have received a damaged product will only be entertained in this case. 
  2. If you have received the wrong product or a different shade of your demanded product, we will provide a free replacement from the doorstep. In all other situations, customers will return the parcel independently and bear full delivery charges. 
  3. Customers cannot demand a refund of delivery charges except for the delivery of the wrong product. 
  4. Your claimed refund will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned items in their original condition. Products should be non-used other than the testing products. It must also be in the original packaging. 
  5. Claiming of dried mascara and eyeliner will only be entertained if reported on the same day of receiving the parcel.
  6. To complete your return, we demand a receipt or an invoice. 
  7. In the case of gift items marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the product was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave it to you had it shipped to them to give to you later, we will refund the person who bought it. They will know about your return then. 
  8. You should use considerable shipping services if you’re shipping an item over Rs. 7500. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. So, you should be careful in this matter. 

Refund Policy:

If the refund policy applies to your order, we will proceed with it further. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to update you that we have received your returned items. In case of approval or rejection of the refund, we will also send you an email. If approved, your refund will proceed, and a credit will be sent back to the account number you gave at the time of order placement. 

Late Or Missing Refund (If Applicable):

Recheck your bank account regarding the delay or not receiving your refund. You can contact your credit card company if you still haven’t received your money. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@luxurydesires.pk.

Shipping Policy

We will deliver your products to your footsteps nationwide within 3-5 working days after the confirmation of the order. The delivery time may vary depending on the weather and public safety conditions. 

Tracking The Order:

Once your order is dispatched and out for delivery, you will receive a text message with the tracking number and courier company details for processing your order. You can track your order after 24 hours of dispatching by entering the tracking number in the courier’s portal. Riders are advised to contact you at the time of delivery to avoid any inconvenience.
