Our return and refund policy lasts 07 days. If you haven’t registered the complaint about a return or refund within 7 days of product delivery, we will not entertain you. We will accept returns and exchanges of products for the following reasons:
To ensure customer protection rights, make videos while unboxing the order. If the seal tape opening of the box is not shown in the video, no claim, including damage or missing products, will be accepted.

If the refund policy applies to your order, we will proceed with it further. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to update you that we have received your returned items. In case of approval or rejection of the refund, we will also send you an email. If approved, your refund will proceed, and a credit will be sent back to the account number you gave at the time of order placement.
Recheck your bank account regarding the delay or not receiving your refund. You can contact your credit card company if you still haven’t received your money. We will deliver your products to your footsteps nationwide within 3-5 working days after the confirmation of the order. The delivery time may vary depending on the weather and public safety conditions.
Once your order is dispatched and out for delivery, you will receive a text message with the tracking number and courier company details for processing your order. You can track your order after 24 hours of dispatching by entering the tracking number in the courier’s portal. Riders are advised to contact you at the time of delivery to avoid any inconvenience.
